Mirvac’s Sydney headquarters has received a GOLD certification from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), the first WELL certification in Australia.

The building, at EY Centre, 200 George Street, Sydney, also has a 6 Star Green Start Interior rating. The WELL Building Standard is an evidenced-based framework for “measuring, certifying, and monitoring the performance of a building’s features that focuses primarily on the health and well-being of occupants,” and is measured across seven categories including air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind.
