Local Government Super (LGS) has appointed Katherine O’Regan as its first female chair to the board.
O’Regan is an existing director, and “extensive experience in local government, financial services and board engagement,” LGS said. O’Regan has previously served as deputy mayor for Woollahra Municipal Council (2012-2014), as adviser and chief of staff to Australian federal and state government ministers, and as an executive in numerous Australian top-50 listed corporations.
