Instreet Investment Limited has announced it has increased its ownership stake in Acorns Grow Australia.

Instreet said it now has a majority stake in Acorns Grows Australia, but would not disclose the financial terms of the deal, nor its total holding in Acorns Grow Australia. Previously, Acorns Grow Australia Limited was a joint venture between Instreet Investment and U.S.-based Acorns Grow Incorporated.  Acorns Grow Incorporated will keep a minority interest in the new ownership structure, Instreet said.
