As listed companies prepare to make annual reports based on the third edition of the ASX Corporate Governance Council's Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations, the application of two parts, relating to risk management and the disclosure of environmental, social and economic sustainability risks and the board skills matrix, are prompting discussion.
