Climate change issues integrated into investment decisions

Institutional investors globally view climate change as a material investment risk/opportunity, and most frequently look to their listed equity portfolio when considering climate change issues, according to a Mercer study commissioned by international climate change forums. However, the report notes variation in progress towards how climate change risk/opportunity is integrated into investment decisions, with Australia and New Zealand and European investors ahead of their US counterparts.
